Corrected Sock blocker size chart.

A customer (thank you, Sherry) pointed out an error in the Sock Blocker Size Chart. The US Men and Women column labels were incorrect and have now been corrected.
The difference between men's and women's sizes in the US and Canada has always struck me as odd, and a source of confusion. The rest of the world has no distinction between men's and women's shoe sizes.
The size chart is a guideline. As always, the most accurate way to find the correct size blocker is to measure the length of your foot.
