Re-defined sock blocker sizes

I have re-defined the sock blocker sizes. I have adjusted the sizes to make the steps between the sizes more consistent. I have also added a XX-Large sock blocker.
Free shipping on orders $125 and over to Canada & US, on orders $150 and over to international destinations. SoxBox and WoolWhirl excluded. We have tried to include reasonably-priced shipping options, although they may be slower and not include tracking. Checkout will show shipping options and cost before you finalize your purchase.
